I am a student on exchange who strained her foot after doing some work-out. Direct D-Stress provided prompt treatment to my injury and Lily was very professional. The problem with my foot was pointed out accurately and Lily was sure of the appropriate course of treatment that I required. Sessions were arranged well with each treatment focusing on different aspects of the injury to work on. During my first session, Lily was confident that I will just need a total of four sessions for my injury to heal. And she was really accurate on this! My foot did heal with her help within that period of time. I would highly recommend Direct D-Stress for anyone with injuries or strains and I am confident that Lily would be able to offer you the right treatment and help!

Thanks to Lily despite a rocky intense 4 years of my life at university doing maths degree and being involved in many activities. I have finally managed to succeed. The relaxation and rejuvenation I feel every time I have a massage therapy session from her has really paid off for both my physical health and mental and emotional well-being also! Very grateful and highly recommend Lily’s treatment – the fusion of Western and Chinese physio treatment – Second to none that I have experienced. Many thanks again!

I have suffered from hamstring tightness in both legs for some time now, whilst playing for the Rhinos Academy side. Having played off the bench for the Rhinos in a couple of matches, Patrick Moran, our physio, felt that I might benefit from some Chinese Energy Sports Massage treatment from Lily. Lily identified that the tightness was not in fact my hamstrings, but another muscle group (vastis lateralis) at the side of my thighs. After her first treatment, I felt much looser, played for half an hour in the next match and felt less tightness afterwards.

On the day of my first full Rhinos match (standing in for Marcus Bai), Lily performed a deep-tissue pre-match sports massage, concentrating again on the remaining tightness in my thighs. I played the full game with no awareness of any tightness – and scored two trys! Lily followed up a few days later with a full post-match/training massage, which really helped me regain my energy and improved a minor hamstring strain. I then had a further pre-match massage before the Leigh game, which I also completed in full and again scored twice.

Lily’s sports massage therapy has been a really useful boost to my training, both in preparation for, and recover from my Rhinos first-team debut. I expect to benefit from further treatments as my career develops.

I had been suffering with pain in my left shoulder for over seven years and believed it was caused from over-training in the gym or from a car accident I was involved in. Over the years I had tried physiotherapy, sports injury massage and Thai massage to try sort the problem out but never seemed to feel free of the pain. Finding a practitioner that understood and knew how to fix the problem was not easy and I was beginning to believe that there was some permanent damage to my shoulder area and started to accept the pain I was feeling would be there forever.

As soon as Lily began to work on my shoulder she knew exactly where the problems were and without me having to tell her she knew where the damage was. It turned out I had a whiplash injury and needed both my neck and shoulders treating. After the first treatment my shoulder felt more normal than it had done for years. Lily gave me exercises to do to keep the neck and shoulders loose and said as long as I kept up with them I would only need a few more sessions to be pain free. I have now had four sessions with Lily and am amazed and delighted to have a normal shoulder again, my neck has more movement and my shoulders feel better than ever.

I am now back in training and hoping to keep it up forever as before this treatment I would continually be stopping and starting due to the pain being too much to cope with. I believe Lilys work is the best in its field and would highly recommend anyone with any form of muscular or nerve pain to go and see her. She will now be my first point of call if I ever have any problems in the future and I will go back for regular check ups as I never again want to be in the position I have been in for the last seven years. Many thanks Lily, keep it up, your work is and will be a great benefit to so many people!

After several months of medication and an increased exercise routine my high blood pressure was still not at an acceptable level, but I am happy to report that now, after including a regime of reflexology and massage therapy, it is within the normal range. Many thanks for your help and I look forward to seeing you again shortly. Very best wishes for 2008!

Lily, I would just like to thank you for my recent reflexology sessions which I found very relaxing. I am pleased to say that I also successfully claimed half of the cost back from the Leeds Hospital Fund and am looking forward to returning for some further treatment.

I have been suffering from a stomach disorder causing constipation for quite sometime. After having tried several types of medication I went along to see Lily who carried out reflexology. I have had three sessions of reflexology so far and find a noticeable difference with my condition. Stomach disorder has cleared as has the constipation and I feel so much better!

Amazingly good! I had a seriously stiff neck which resulted from bad sleep. Lily helped me get back to the stage for my important fashion show the next day with one 30 minutes head and neck treatment. I am so happy!

Straight after the oriental head massage session, I felt some deep relaxation from the back of my head to my eyes and nose. I felt a little dizzy but it made me sleep like a real kid that night. It’s as if something was blocked for a long time and suddenly opened after half an hour head massage!

Recently I called to say that my back was really sore and had been all day. My first visit to Lily was part of my Mothers Day present from my husband and my daughters. The massage was so relaxing that afterwards when I went to my daughters gymnastic competition I found it extremely difficult to stay awake! After massaging my back I went home feeling a little bit better. The following morning the pain had gone! Thank you Lily. From then on I have been visiting Lily regularly.
