I was experiencing some bad shoulder pains when I found Lily via the internet and decided to give her a try. I felt a difference even after the first session. Even got some ‘homework’ in the form of exercises to help things along 🙂 By the end of 3 sessions, I was well on my way to recovery and I have kept up therapeutic exercises to help my shoulders in the long run. I would recommend Lily anytime.
